Debra Riva is a Feng Shui practitioner and professional organizer, working with people in their homes, home offices and businesses.

Debra is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, New York Chapter and is also a member of the International Feng Shui Guild, NYC Chapter.

She has studied ancient indigenous traditions and wisdom for a great many years including ancient Chinese traditions and the pre-Judeo-Christian era wisdom of the Goddess.

Debra has traveled extensively in China, Europe, Greece, Turkey, Mexico, Thailand and Egypt. She visited and studied a still-existing matrifocal society in China where people worship a Mountain Goddess along with Tibetan Buddhism. These people embrace the balance of nature, feminine/masculine, yin/yang. These are the same concepts expressed in the practice of Feng Shui.

Feng Shui is a perfect match to Debra's organizing practice where she realized she was practicing Feng Shui intuitively. She was attracted to Feng Shui because of its spiritual nature and her life-long thirst for ancient wisdom.

After participating in a number of workshops, Debra received her formal education in Feng Shui at the Long Island School of Feng Shui, studying with R.D. Chin, David Kennedy, Melanie Lewandowski, Katherine Metz, Alex Stark and others. She continues to study with Katherine Metz and R.D. Chin and has assisted Mr. Chin to crystallize his mentoring programs.
